The Lisianthus handbag is a medium sized bag with two carry handles attached to the bag with strap connectors and strap rings. It has one main zippered compartment and two side pocket compartments with magnetic snap closures. Inside the bag are 2 slip pockets and one zippered pocket. The main closure opens all the way and accordion style gussets at each end of the zipper prevents the contents of the bag from spilling out.
The bag's exterior can be made from a variety of materials including cork, vinyl, cotton, canvas. The interior is made from a combination of waterproof canvas and cotton fabric.

(4) 1” rectangle rings (2) 18mm magnetic snaps (1) 30” of #5 zipper tape with double pulls for main zipper closure (1) 10” of #5 zipper tape with single pull for interior zipper pocket
SEWING EXPERIENCE: The Lisianthus handbag is intended for intermediate sewists however, confident beginners should be able to manage by following along with the video tutorial (see below). Since there is very little interfacing if using the recommended materials, this tote does not take long to cut out the pieces. Sewing time is approximately 6-8 hours depending on your sewing experience.
