A. You can access your patterns by logging in to your account.

A. If you don't have an account, you can register one here:

Q. I have purchased patterns in the past but I never created an account. Can I still access my past orders?

A. Yes, you can still access all of your past orders. Register an account at  https://bluecallapatterns.com/account/register however, make sure to use the SAME email address that you used when purchasing your patterns. Once you've created your account, you can go into "My Account" page and your orders will be listed by order number and date.

Q. I think I have an account but when I try to log in, it doesn't recognize my email address.

A. There are two possibilities here: 

1. You are trying the wrong email address. Very often you are attempting to log in with a different email address than the one you used to purchase your patterns. Look for a receipt in your email accounts to figure out which one you used when purchasing your patterns.

2. You haven't created an account yet. Register an account here:  https://bluecallapatterns.com/account/register. Make sure to use the email address you used when purchasing.

Q. I click on the order number but don't see where to download my files. 

A. When looking at the list of your orders, do not click on the order number to download your files. You must click on the link to the right that says "My Downloadable Files".
